Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in educational programs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with youth in foster care or immigrant populations is preferred.
• Understanding of school enrollment processes and trauma-informed practices.

Responsibilities

• Support children's enrollment and academic progress with a focus on integration.
• Develop training programs for children's transitional living skills.
• Monitor academic progress and create Individual Academic Success Plans.
