Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support execution of learning initiatives, manage LMS updates, and coordinate workspace setup and scheduling across teams.

The role emphasizes automation, process improvements, and AI-powered solutions to scale operations, while collaborating with Finance and Legal on contracts and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in education programs, operations, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills; curious and proactive.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
