Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of learning initiatives and to streamline operations through automation. The role focuses on coordinating training activities, LMS updates, and contract-related processes to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

You will review candidate attempts, handle stakeholder communications, and work with Finance and Legal to refine training contracts.

Qualifications

1-3 years' experience
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity
Basic experience with Skiljar and AI tools
Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Responsibilities

Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
Communicate program updates with stakeholders
