Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin in De Pere, WI seeks a coordinated education program administrator to support regional campus clinical education by scheduling events and maintaining enrollment data, while ensuring compliance with accreditation guidelines.

You will work under supervision to coordinate preceptors, instructors, and speakers, prepare educational materials, and maintain records across multiple databases to support leaders and learners.

Qualifications

• Experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional or program activities such as educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation.
• Maintain accreditation, board, and institutional requirements and monitor activities for compliance.
• Support leaders on issues from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates.
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, and affiliated institutions.
• Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record activities.
• Provide information and problem solving for leaders, staff, and learners.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Create brochures, handbooks, and other educational materials.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
• May monitor program budgets and oversee support staff
