Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a capable administrator to manage a campus-wide program under the direction of the Administrator and Regional Campus Associate Dean for Clinical Learning. You will provide leadership to the team to achieve the program's goals.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, materials, training of standardized patients, data management, and liaison activities with partners, ensuring compliance and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus-wide program activities and coordinate with the Administrator and Regional Campus Associate Dean for Clinical Learning.
• Maintain program timeline and deadlines for deliverables.
• Develop and manage program budget.
• Schedule people, materials, and campus resources for courses.
• Recruit standardized patients and train program staff.
• Coordinate development of program materials including educational, marketing, websites, forms, and reports.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and dissemination for simulated exams.
• Manage databases and files related to the program.
• Organize meetings, site visits, and events.
• Coordinate outreach with community and academic partners.
• Ensure reporting to stakeholders and compliance with policies.
