Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a program coordinator to oversee regional campus educational activities, including scheduling courses, clinical rotations, and learner programs. You will partner with faculty, learners, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and alignment with accreditation standards.

The role emphasizes independent coordination, data management, and effective communication to support program success and learner outcomes across campus activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in program coordination or similar.
• Experience with accreditation standards and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently manage educational program activities, including courses, clinical rotations, orientations, training sessions, events, and learner schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of accreditation, regulatory, and institutional requirements; monitor activities for compliance.
• Provide information, guidance, and administrative support related to accreditation standards and program requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for learners, faculty, staff, clinical educators, affiliated institutions, and external organizations.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze databases and records to support program operations, learner tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of clinical preceptors, instructors, and community educators.
• Prepare and maintain educational materials and resources, including course schedules and syllabi.
