Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an Education Programs Coordinator who, under close supervision, will schedule department events, assemble enrollment and education information, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

You will independently coordinate activities such as training, learner recruitment, orientation, schedules, and graduation while maintaining accreditation requirements and serving as a liaison with faculty, administration, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience coordinating educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation).
• Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements and coordinate related activities to ensure compliance.
• Support leaders on issues from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates.
• Serve as liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program, and learners.
• Provide information, support, and problem solving for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials.
• Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
• May monitor program budgets and oversee the work of support staff.
