Job summary

Alpha is hiring a full-time Education Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and drive student outcomes across multiple campuses. You will build high-performing teams, use data to improve performance, and help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.

Position requires on-site work at Alpha campuses (Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Orange County, CA; Santa Barbara, CA) with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or coaching settings.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or campus, with willingness to open a new campus.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead engaging life-skills workshops that develop communication and leadership for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and improvement.
