Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a culture of excellence across Campus teams. You will ensure high-quality student experiences and maintain uncompromising standards while guiding life skills workshops and operating with data-driven coaching.

This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support to Boston, MA or other campuses, focusing on scaling the program and launching new campuses with strong leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or campus, with willingness to open a new campus from zero.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
