Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, raise student experiences, and uphold Alpha's high standards across campuses in Boston, Raleigh, New York City, Orange County, and Santa Barbara. You’ll lead life-skills workshops, use data and coaching conversations to improve performance, and help open new campuses.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; 5+ years in education or leadership; experience building teams; and legal authorization to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Experience using data to drive performance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence.
