Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a culture of excellence across campuses. You’ll focus on life skills workshops, student experience, and high standards.

You’ll manage a team of Guides, launch new campuses, and use data and coaching conversations to raise performance. On-site work at Alpha campuses with relocation support; six-figure roles for those ready to shape a bold new K-12 model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Business; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Proven use of data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children aged 5-14 in educational or coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops that develop communication and leadership for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
