Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. You will build a culture of excellence, lead life skills workshops, and drive student outcomes across campuses.

The role requires 5+ years in education or leadership, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a willingness to work on-site in the US. Compensation is competitive with weekly pay and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and using data to drive performance.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in the US (relocation support available).
• Experience working with children aged 5–14 in educational or coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and continuous improvement.
