Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Education Program Manager through Crossover. This full-time role focuses on coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences, building leaders, and maintaining uncompromising standards across campuses.

Your responsibilities include leading life skills workshops, motivating students, and leveraging data to drive performance improvements that raise student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational/coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
