Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and drive student success. You will build leaders, develop teams, and open new campuses while maintaining Alpha's high standards for excellence.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in education or related leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; a Master’s is preferred. This role is on-site at Alpha campuses with relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people; hiring and performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses and establish a culture of excellence and accountability.
