Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Education Manager to build and coach high-performing Guides, delivering life skills workshops and ensuring uncompromising standards for student success. You’ll use data and coaching conversations to elevate student outcomes, while helping launch new campuses and shaping a culture of excellence across Alpha’s growing network.

This full-time, on-site role requires relocation-ready candidates and a background in education or related leadership, with a track record of leading

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
Experience leading teams of five or more people and making performance-based decisions.
Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
Experience with youth ages 5–14 in educational/coaching settings.

Responsibilities

Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
Use data, observations, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
