Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills.

As Education Program Manager, you will coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences, lead engaging life skills workshops, and drive outcomes with data-driven coaching to uphold Alpha's high standards across campuses. This is a full-time role with relocation support and six-figure compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
