Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager who will coach Guides to consistently deliver top-tier student experiences while maintaining uncompromising standards. You will lead engaging life skills workshops and motivate students toward ambitious learning goals across self-directed programs.

This role also involves using data and coaching conversations to lift Guide performance and student outcomes, with responsibilities to help open and scale new campuses in a fast-growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people with hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
