Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. As Education Program Manager, you will coach Guides, develop leaders, and lead life-skills workshops while upholding Alpha's high standards.

You'll drive campus launches, use data to lift performance, and shape a new model for K-12 learning across multiple markets. This is a full-time W2 role with benefits; compensation is $200,000 USD per year, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
