Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and drive student outcomes across multiple campuses. You will build a culture of excellence, mentor leaders, and ensure high standards in a fast-moving K-12 environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires five+ years in education or leadership, with a track record of launching teams or campuses and using data to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Experience launching a new team, program, or campus, with willingness to open a campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
