Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Education Manager to build and lead a team of Guides, driving a culture of excellence across campuses. You will coach, develop leaders, and deliver life skills workshops to empower K-12 students to exceed expectations.

This role emphasizes data-driven coaching, accountability, and ambitious growth across new campuses. You'll join a fast-moving, student-focused organization committed to redefining education beyond traditional lectures and routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
