Job summary

Alpha is recruiting for a Senior Learning Experience Manager to lead Guides, drive outcomes, and open new campuses across select markets. You will coach teams, design engaging life-skills programs, and set a high-performance standard to ensure every student experiences growth and success.

You will work on-site at Alpha campuses, including relocation support. The role demands a strong track record in education leadership and data-driven decision-making to advance a bold new K-12 model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
