Job summary

Horizon Health seeks an Education Manager to lead and mentor our education and staff development programs. This role partners with organizational leaders to align learning initiatives with our mission, values, and strategic goals, promoting professional excellence, regulatory readiness, and a culture of lifelong learning across the organization.

You will oversee the education team, develop annual education plans, set metrics, evaluate outcomes, and ensure programs meet accreditation standards

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and presenting education programs
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to apply adult learning principles to program design
• Ability to lead and mentor an education team

Responsibilities

• Lead annual education planning and needs assessment
• Establish metrics and evaluate educational outcomes
• Oversee development of competency validation for clinical staff
• Coordinate education plans and resources for staff development
• Ensure educational programs align with organizational standards and goals
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to education staff
