Nationwide Children's Hospital seeks an Education Program Manager to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate education activities across the hospital and subsidiaries in collaboration with clinical, research, and administrative partners.

You will support program development, fiscal management, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven improvements. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in program planning or project management.
• Experience in policy development and fiscal management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate development and evaluation of education programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to increase program visibility.
• Coordinate formative and summative evaluation of education programs and manage data.
• Maintain files and reports for accuracy and regulatory needs.
• Plan meetings and manage related operations and expenses.

Connaissances

MS Office proficiency

Excellent oral and written comm.

Interdisciplinary program planning

Data analysis and analytical thinking

Strong command of English

Formation

College degree or equivalent experience

TAGME certification within 3 years for GME roles
