Horizon Health Services is seeking a Corporate Trainer to educate staff on the EHR system, its navigation, and role-specific workflows. The trainer will design engaging sessions, track progress, and adapt content for clinical and non-clinical teams.

You’ll collaborate with IT and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities include updating materials, creating training videos, and providing virtual and in-person support.

Formación

• Experience delivering corporate or staff training.
• Ability to design and update training materials.
• Knowledge of EHR systems like Millennium, Epic, or NextGen.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff on the agency EHR including navigation and tasks.
• Create reports on milestones and growth areas.
• Manage classrooms and coordinate with supervisors.
• Incorporate adult learning principles in training design.
• Update training materials in UKG Pro Learning and SharePoint.
• Coordinate with ES and IT on new hires.
