Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master’s in Nursing or Education preferred.
- Typically requires 7 years of nursing education or professional development experience including 3 years in management.
- Experience leading nursing academic pathways, student placement and clinical affiliations.
Responsabilités
- Directs development, coordination and evaluation of professional development activities across the care continuum.
- Leads professional development and lifelong learning initiatives reflecting evidence-based practice.
- Analyzes system issues and data to identify gaps and learner needs.
- Advises on design and evaluation of learning materials and teaching strategies.
- Manages budgets and oversees campus partnerships and faculty collaboration.
