Job summary

Central Health is seeking an Orientation and Education Manager to design, implement, and evaluate nursing and allied health education programs. You will lead curriculum development, training delivery, and mentorship to advance professional growth and patient care.

You will collaborate with nursing leaders and clinical educators to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, develop resources, and manage programs that support ongoing learning across the clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field, preferred.
• Three years of nursing education, staff development, or leadership experience.
• Seven years of extensive clinical nursing experience.
• RN licensure (state or compact) required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required on hire.
• NPD certification within 1 year.
• RN‑BC ambulatory care within 1.5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing and clinical staff.
• Design and update curricula aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Create educational resources such as manuals and online modules.
• Coordinate workshops, in‑service training, and orientation programs.
• Deliver training sessions in person and online using various methods.
• Foster mentorship and preceptorship for staff development.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Manage resources and budget for education programs.
