Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Education to lead the design, coordination, and evaluation of orientation and education initiatives for the nursing and allied health staff. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field is preferred.
• Three years of nursing education, staff development, or leadership experience.
• Five years of extensive clinical nursing experience is required.
• RN license and current BCLS certification required upon hire.
• NPD (Nursing Professional Development) certification within 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement orientation and education programs for nursing and clinical staff.
• Coordinate and evaluate nursing education curriculum and materials.
• Deliver in-person and online training sessions using diverse methods.
• Maintain documentation on educational activities and outcomes.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in education programs.
• Manage budget and resources for nursing education initiatives.
