Horizon House, based in Philadelphia County, is seeking a Full-time Learning & Development Manager for its Developmental Services Division. This role involves providing training for staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and overseeing medication administration training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Social Work or Psychology.
• Three years’ experience in a Training/Developmental role.
• Certified through the PA Department of Public Welfare Train the Trainer Medication Administration Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction for Developmental Services Orientation and Annual Required Training.
• Assists staff in operationalizing regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with Operations Management and Program Directors regarding training.
