Arthrex, Inc. seeks a Rep Education Operations Analyst Intern to assist the Rep Education team with administrative coordination, ticket workflows, and data-focused tasks.

The intern will gain practical experience in registrations, calendar coordination, and dashboard audits while following established procedures. The internship runs January 2027 – April 2027, requiring 20–30 hours per week at the Naples, FL facility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and communication.
• Comfort sharing observations or ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ticket workflows and administrative coordination.
• Support instructor request workflow and event follow-up.
• Review dashboards for data quality and patterns; provide feedback.
• Coordinate supplies and workbook orders; track status and issues.
• Prepare calendar invites and assist with team planning and logistics.
• Complete an intern project with plan, progress updates, and final handoff.
