Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL seeks a Research Operations Associate to initiate, facilitate, and manage research operations processes, improving efficiency across the global department. You will coordinate with surgeons, researchers, and internal stakeholders to keep programs on track.

You will lead investigator meetings, prepare materials, support committees, and ensure timely follow-up. The role involves travel around 5% with a strong emphasis on documenting procedures and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and projects across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for Global Research internal/external audiences.
• Coordinate investigator and advisory meetings and trainings.
• Support committee meetings with materials and follow-up.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners.
• Support leadership in executing initiatives, events, travel, and expenses.
• Develop and implement research processes to improve operations.
• Lead quarterly workshop initiatives and staff development.
• Produce reports and metrics for compliance and governance.
• Plan and evaluate corporate meetings and trainings.
• Ensure privacy and discretion.
