Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support the Suture Supply Chain Team in Naples and Ave Maria, FL. The intern will work with suppliers on past dues, expedites/deexpedites, open order reports, and approve international orders while supporting planning tasks.

The internship runs January 2027 – April 2027 and will require 20-30 hours per week at the Naples facility. Candidates should be pursuing a related degree and have familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in Business or Supply Chain; recent grads within six months eligible.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Macros/Pivot tables/VLOOKUPs).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set production order releases.
• Monitor Expedites/De-expedites.
• Run and distribute past due reports.
• Follow up on items in Quality.
• Run Open Order Reports.
• Gather feedback from Operations and reschedule work orders as needed.

We arecommitted to one mission: Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better. We are searching for a Supply Chain Intern to support the SutureSupply Chain Team in Naples and Ave Maria. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers on past dues, expedites/deexpedites,open order reports, and approve our international orders. The individual will also provide support to planning and workingwithin the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner.

This internship will run from January 2027 – April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 20-30 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set production order releases.
• Monitor Expedites/ De-expedites.
• Running and distributing past due report.
• Follow up on items in Quality.
• Running Open Order Reports.
• Gather feedback from Operations and rescheduling work orderswhere needed.

Education and Experience:

• Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Macros/Pivot tables/Vlookups).
• Ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Student should have knowledge in Supply Chain.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

• PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
