You will collaborate with business units, marketing, education and sales to ensure smooth pre- and post-visit processes and to improve the overall customer journey. You will plan and coordinate communications, travel, and meetings, while gathering feedback and delivering actionable insights to improve physician experiences across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent the face of the customer, establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians.
• Provide general office support for the AX team (phone support, correspondence, meeting planning, scheduling, travel coordination, filing).
• Lead preparatory calls after a visit to Naples to finalize pre-visit information and agendas.
• Provide introductions between customers, sales, and Arthrex business units.
• Support development, marketing, implementation, communications and sales for the customer experience.
