Job summary
Arthrex, a global medical device company, seeks a Medical Education Clinical Specialist in Naples, FL to support orthopedics education and training across staff, partners, and customers. You will develop content, run labs, and act as a clinical advisor for education programs aligned with Arthrex products and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences or related field.
- PA/NP certification required.
- 5+ years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine or orthopedic industry.
- Experience as PA/NP/MD/DO in musculoskeletal medicine.
- Strong clinical and teaching capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain understanding of orthopedic concepts and Arthrex products and procedures; articulate to staff, partners, and customers.
- Create online educational content for professionals and learners; develop LMS content; basic video editing skills recommended.
- Participate in Arthrex agency partner medical education programs.
- Support product and procedure training programs for Arthrex representatives.
- Provide input for medical education courses and lab agendas.
- Teach safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedures.
