Job summary

GRAEF is seeking a dynamic business development leader for its Education market to expand our presence, build lasting client relationships nationwide, and drive strategic initiatives. You will lead pursuit strategies, oversee multi‑discipline project delivery, and contribute to the company’s growth in education facilities.

Travel up to 15% is required; strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential, and PE registration is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing a technical market or business development.
• Experience selling technical engineering services to education facilities (new construction, additions, renovations, repairs).
• Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the business development initiatives for GRAEF’s Education market sector.
• Develop pipeline of business opportunities throughout the U.S.
• Oversee projects including setting priorities, objectives, and financial performance; provide technical resource for a multi‑discipline team.
