GRAEF is seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to expand our Education market. Plan and drive business development, manage multi-disciplinary project delivery, and build lasting client relationships across the U.S.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 8+ years in technical market development, sales of engineering services to education facilities, and a PE licensure. Hybrid schedule in Chicago with travel and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing a technical market or business development, including selling technical engineering services to education facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the business development initiatives for GRAEF's Education market sector.
• Develop pipeline of business opportunities throughout the U.S.
• Project oversight including setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management, as well as hands-on involvement in the design process.
• Serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team and manage client relationships.
• Travel a minimum of 15% to work with teams and meet with clients.
