GRAEF, a leading AEC firm, seeks a dynamic business development leader for the Education market to expand our national presence and maintain strong client relationships. You will drive education initiatives, build pipelines, and oversee project delivery in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes strategy, leadership, and technical excellence, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities for mentorship, growth, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; proven ability to develop and manage technical markets or business development for education facilities.
• Experience selling engineering services to education facilities, including new construction, additions, renovations and repairs.
• Professional PE registration and leadership experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for GRAEF’s Education market sector across U.S. offices.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of education market opportunities.
• Oversee projects with priorities, objectives, and financial management; act as a technical resource for a multi-disciplinary team.
• Engage in client management, presentations, contract negotiations, and development activities.
• Travel at least 15% to work with teams and meet clients.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes.
