Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and mobile devices support to teachers, administrators and students.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and installation of devices and peripherals.
• Document break/fix activities in the online ticketing system.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Attend school board meetings, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
