Valeo Networks is seeking a highly motivated on-site technical support specialist to join our team in Cincinnati. You will work directly with customers to install and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, and network issues, while prioritizing tickets and documenting resolutions.

We value detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals who enjoy hands-on learning and teamwork. A+ certification and Windows expertise are preferred, and on-site client visits are required.

Qualifications

• A+, MCP, and MCSE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong candidate should demonstrate troubleshooting with a high degree of success.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers, including server and firewall installations.
• Troubleshoot end-user tickets and prioritize support requests.
• Document work and maintain clear records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate when needed.
