Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and audiovisual systems.
• Install and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Respond to repair emergencies as needed.
• Provide IT Help Desk support across sites.
• Travel between locations with county vehicle reimbursements when required.
• Provide timely customer service and follow safety rules.
