Qualifications

• Assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting user devices such as Desktops, Chromebooks, smartboards, and various peripherals.
• Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues ranging from user, desktop, and networking issues.
• Keep proper records of changes in inventory and resolved issues for future reference.
• Support Google Workspace and Active Directory users.
• Provide AV support such as sound systems.
