Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems or related field.
  • Certifications such as A+, ITIL, MCP preferred; Network+ a plus.
  • Experience supporting Windows and ChromeOS in a school environment.
  • Experience with classroom technologies such as interactive boards and printers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technology support for students, staff, and administrators.
  • Respond to end-user needs professionally.
  • Repair Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, printers and other hardware.
  • Install software and peripherals including VoIP phones and projectors.
  • Image drives for rapid deployment and troubleshoot hardware/software.
  • Maintain inventories and document repairs.
  • Travel between district locations as required.
  • Train end users and create user guides.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
  • Stay current with technology trends.
