Job summary

You will handle setup, configuration and maintenance of technology, follow documented procedures, guide users, and assist with data backups and reporting. One year of IT support experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in information technology support, help desk support, or providing technical support in a professional environment.
• Experience in a school district or county office of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for staff and students in a call center environment using phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Assist staff and students with setup, configuration and maintenance of technology, equipment and software.
• Guide staff on the use of a broad range of products, offerings, and services; identify, prioritize and resolve problems.
• Prepare progress reports and operate audio-visual equipment.
