Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
• Respond to help desk tickets and provide initial diagnosis and resolutions.
• Assist in routine updates, patches, and maintenance tasks on desktop systems to ensure security and performance.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory; document troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Provide user training on how to use hardware and software effectively.
