Qualifications

• 1 year of basic technical IT experience or education.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on software, browsers, and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace parts in computers and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Set up new devices in classrooms, offices, and labs; coordinate with network team.
• Assist staff with technology requests and document resolutions.
• Respond to, update, and close tickets in a timely manner.
