Job summary

Talent-Relay Limited seeks an IT Field Service Engineer to support PC, software, network, and hardware troubleshooting across Ohio, with up to 70–80% travel to medical centers and hospitals. The role offers overtime, bonus potential, 401K, and healthcare benefits.

The engineer will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software, perform site surveys, and work both remotely and on-site with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a technically qualified IT Field Engineer / IT Service Engineer.
Strong hardware diagnostic skills, including PC hardware replacement.
Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, and MS SQL.
Solid customer service experience and a results-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Experience with desktop imaging and installing desktops.
Experience with storage (RAID/NAS) and understanding routers/switches.

Responsibilities

Install, support, and maintain product range at client sites.
Conduct site surveys and provide on-site or reactive support.
Provide scheduled maintenance and upgrade assistance remotely or on-site.
Carry out installations following company procedures.
Collaborate with customers and installers to ensure project success.
