Qualifications

• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support to 300-500 staff across the school district.
• Resolve tickets/incidents including AD, network issues, smartboard, imaging labs, projector and printer fixes, and email/app support.
• During summer, manage migrations, deployments, upgrades and equipment refreshes.
• Communicate issues and solutions clearly to staff and executives.
