Job summary

Grand Canyon Education is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the Northern VA/Alexandria/Fairfax territory. You will drive outreach, build partnerships and guide prospective students through the enrollment journey in a community-focused role.

Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential six-figure earnings after five years. New hire training is in Phoenix, AZ, and employees receive generous tuition benefits toward Master’s and Doctorate programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside business development or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for student/partner guidance.
• Ability to travel within the territory and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans for Northern VA/Alexandria/Fairfax.
• Present programs, drive inquiries, and build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Counsel prospective students and partners to support enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth application through completion.
