Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Clear communication in person, written and on the phone; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; ownership of time with students.
• High emotional intelligence; coaching diverse students and developing partnerships.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation; flexible schedule; travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: identify and implement event plans, generate inquiries, build partnerships for the territory.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students, families and partners to promote student success and institutional growth.
• Heart and Hustle: remote role with ambitious targets; guide students through admissions and online learning path.
