You will manage Admin Console, Chrome Management, and device deployment while providing tier 1-2 support to teachers and ensuring security and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, device configuration, and collaboration with instructional tech teams to optimize learning tools and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or systems administration in education.
• Hands-on Google Workspace and Chrome OS device management.
• Experience with Google Admin Console and Chrome Management Console.
• Mac support experience and network/endpoint security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Chrome Management Console for all devices and users.
• Monitor Google Workspace usage, storage, security, and sharing.
• Configure Chromebooks, extensions, and educational apps.
• Provide tier 1-2 tech support to teachers on Chrome OS and Google Workspace.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain device inventories and document procedures.
• Analyze support trends and suggest improvements.
• Ensure security and compliance within the Chrome environment.
