Job summary

ResponsiveEd is seeking a ChromeOS Support Specialist to join our Lewisville IS team. You will manage the lifecycle of Chromebooks and peripherals and administer Google's Workspace environment for classrooms and staff.

You will provide tier‑1/2 support for ChromeOS, Windows and macOS endpoints, enforce device policies, maintain asset inventory, and ensure secure, ready fleets for teaching and learning, with immediate start for a full‑time hourly role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support role, preferably within an educational institution or corporate enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Google Workspace Admin Console and ChromeOS ecosystem.
• Hardware troubleshooting and inventory auditing experience.
• Preferred certifications: Google Workspace Admin, Google IT Support, or CompTIA A+.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, user lifecycles, OU mapping, and security policies.
• Enroll and manage ChromeOS devices, policies, and enterprise licenses.
• Maintain asset inventory, decommission hardware, and manage lifecycle.
